Partnership with DoctorOnCall (March 2020)

  • Migrant worker segment – vulnerable to the economic impacts of COVID-19.
  • Merchantrade provided its customers with a digital healthcare platform in collaboration with DoctorOnCall (March 2020) – which involved spreading awareness about the pandemic, providing healthcare services such as online medical consultations with a doctor, e-pharmacy 
  • This includes a COVID-19 self-health assessment facility based on symptoms, which comes in multiple native languages – allowing Migrant workers to key in their symptoms and find out if they are at risk. It also directs them to the nearest testing facility
